Love shopping here versus the Brecksville one. It's much more low-key and less overwhelming. We find everything we need and the staff is super nice. Highly recommend

This is my number one grocery store. Fresh produce and the best meat! Store is so clean. The workers are so nice. They may not have as many promotions or deals as Giant Eagle, but the quality of food is better. They also support a lot of local farmers and companies. For example, Little Italy of Cleveland jars of pasta sauce will be found here. Also, I love their fresh flowers here! And the price of their flowers is very reasonable too! I also order chocolate covered pretzels from the baker on occasion...yum! And if you're into sushi, fresh sushi is also available. Prepared food section is great too. Wine tasting available. I'm telling you, a great store!

I've so far never been in a Heinens I didn't love! The prices are a little high but you pay the best fruits and vegetables around. The store is always clean, we'll stocked and the staff is always friendly.

A big thank you to the Bakery department for making the most beautiful cake for my daughter's first birthday. They matched the theme perfectly, with pink, green, and gold flowers, beautiful sprinkles with candied pearls. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful cake, and absolutely delicious. I believe the person I spoke to on the phone was Shelly. To Shelly, thank you for the recommendations! Also big thank you to the Prepared Foods and Deli department for the fettuccine alfredo. It was delicious and an excellent side dish for the party.

I love this place! I get my supplements and baked goods here, when I'm visiting home. I live in Boston and can't get coconut bars anywhere except for the great Cleveland area, and Heinen's is my spot!

Heinen’s is my go-to grocery store—I just wish they had a location in Macedonia, Ohio! Right now, I usually drive to Twinsburg or Brecksville, and it’s always worth the trip. The quality of their fresh meats and produce is consistently excellent. I also love their selection of local and specialty food items—you can always find something unique. Their floral section is beautiful, and they carry a great range of holistic and wellness products, which is a huge plus for me. Overall, Heinen’s offers a shopping experience that feels elevated, thoughtful, and high quality every time.
